Our Story
Founded in 2007, First Health & Safety began by delivering high-quality, practical health and safety eLearning to organisations across the UK. At the time, online training was still finding its feet — and we focused on doing it properly: clear content, strong instructional design, and compliance-driven courses that actually worked in the real world.
Over the years, we’ve delivered training to thousands of learners and partnered with businesses of all sizes. But as technology evolved, so did expectations. Static courses and rigid LMS platforms no longer meet the needs of modern organisations.
Today, we’re building the next chapter: an AI-driven LMS/LXP that transforms how health and safety training is created, delivered and experienced. We’re combining nearly two decades of compliance expertise with intelligent automation — enabling faster course creation, personalised learning journeys, and smarter admin tools.
