This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the First Health and Safety learning platform, website and AI course creation tools.

By using our platform or services you agree to comply with this policy.

Permitted Use

The platform is designed to support organisations delivering workplace training and learning.

Users may use the platform to:

• access training courses
• complete assessments
• create training materials
• upload learning content
• generate courses using AI tools
• manage learning within their organisation

All use must be lawful and consistent with the intended purpose of the platform.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• upload unlawful, harmful or offensive content
• upload copyrighted materials without permission
• upload content containing malicious code or viruses
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
• attempt to copy or reverse engineer the platform
• use automated tools to scrape or extract platform data
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

AI Course Creation Tools

The platform may include AI tools designed to assist users with course creation.

Users remain responsible for:

• reviewing AI-generated content
• verifying accuracy of generated material
• ensuring compliance with internal policies or legal requirements
• ensuring uploaded documents are authorised for use

First Health and Safety Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy or legal suitability of AI-generated content.

Uploading Materials

Users may upload documents or materials to create training courses.

By uploading content you confirm that:

• you have the right to use the materials
• the materials do not infringe intellectual property rights
• the materials do not contain confidential information without permission
• the materials comply with applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove content that breaches this policy.

Platform Security

Users must take reasonable steps to protect login credentials and prevent unauthorised access.

You must not share login details with unauthorised users.

If you suspect unauthorised access you should notify us immediately.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate platform access if users breach this policy or use the system in a way that threatens the security or operation of the platform.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Updated policies will be published on this page and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
